How your money helps

Every year, Samaritans 18,750 volunteers support 5 million calls from people across the UK who are struggling to cope.

We're here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide hope and comfort. We need £10 million every year, just to keep our telephone lines open, 96 per cent of this comes from voluntary donations.

We're asking for everyone who takes part to raise just £3. This will help Samaritans answer desperate calls for help.
